Interesting. After checking the 1 post I found that juliohenry was a spammer that hid a link in a quote.

Me too - same IP address.

Three times in the last day, I have gotten email noting that my emaildiscussions.com account has been locked out due to repeated password failures from IP 125.228.216.16

That's the right thing to do -- that's not me trying to login. I have never been in Taiwan in my life. My emaildiscussions.com password is some 90 to 100 bits of genuine randomness, so that "Guishan, NWT, Taiwan, Chunghwa Telecom Co." IP address has essentially zero chance of getting in anytime in my remaining lifetime.

I see from "https://botscout.com/ipcheck.htm?ip=125.228.216.16" that that IP address is a habitual offender ... you might want to add it to a more general "unwelcome IPv4 address" list, if you have such ... not everyone else has as good a password as I do.
Some admin of this good "emaildiscussions.com" site should block IP 125.228.216.16
... before that offender guesses and steals the password of someone who used that same password on, for example, another of their email accounts which can password reset their bank account ... that or 16 other flavors of nefarious nastiness

Perhaps also check if there were any successful logins from that IP address.

Good point ... then go one step further and assess whether or not that successful login was likely from the proper owner of that account, or was a successful hack, and moreover, if from the proper owner of that account, whether or not that owner is likely one and the same person as who has been trying to hack many other accounts here.

Depending on that, the next step will vary substantially.
