Mollymail

Nobody here seems to mention/use Mollymail but I take this thing as a mail farewell message found at http://www.mollymail.com

ar Molly' customers!
We are really happy that you use our service and that you are our customers!
But we should announce with sadness that our service is going to be closed during the next ten days(October 27).
Please, save all your emails, addressbooks and folders.

Thank you for your allegiance.

I always thought MollyMail was a technology demo for EMUMAIL.

I don't want to speculate. I lost track of EMUMAIL after they offloaded their outsourcing services to Lux Scientiae a few years ago.

Recommend avoid

mercy it is an old thread even for you to resurrect

I'd say this should be avoided nowadays. What Mollymail did was fetch your mail using your credentials so there's no guarantee of security. Since (if) you have disposable accounts, you could do this but OTOH what are you gaining from this? We all have IMAP and so on nowadays so the value proposition is nil.
