* where are they located?
* free or paid?
* storage space
* inactivity limit
* which types of 2FA are supported
* backed financially by a stable organisation or plan?
I agree with you. If we knew who they were, we would be more trusting.

But the potential is huge with such domain!

sent.as is a very nice domain too by the way.

Many great domains for email are owned by not the most reliable services though (for example the countless great domains owned by Mail.com)

Yeah just saw it, before this the size of mailbox is hidden/unknown. Guess it's either hosted on a desktop or there will be exclusive paid plans to encourage you to upgrade soon

All good and important questions.
This domain is really cool.

I tried it a bit. Apparently still heavily under development.
Rules change quickly.
For example, support for three-character usernames/aliases was added a couple of days ago. But today again you need to have at least four characters.

Even a 5 MB mailbox these days isn't necessarily bad. It would be highly unsuitable for everyday correspondence, however many people have a separate mailbox they use solely for the purpose of registering to social media and/or other online services. For those purposes 5 MB is sufficient, otherwise you'd leave several gigabytes of space unused.

For the purpose of regular email correspondence it'd be unsuitable, but if you need a mailbox just to sign up to newsletters, social media etc, then 5 MB is more than sufficient.

In the past I used Safe-Mail for such purposes, they offered only 3 MB back then but it was more than enough for that purpose (I only moved away from Safe-Mail after huge technical problems on their site occurred).

I would however be hesitant to sign up to this new service, despite the very good z.org domain.
I feel I lack some much needed information: where is the service located? What is the inactivity limit? Do they support 2FA? Is there support available for its users?

I feel like right now I know little to nothing about z.org ...
