Best Client Windows in 2025?
Hi Everyone. What’s everyone’s opinion on what the best email client is in 2025 for windows? I’m looking for one that handles aliases well, syncs well, etc.
My particular situation is I am a Mac user everywhere else but at work. I like iCloud for my mail but I don’t have a neat solution for work because the web based version of iCloud doesn’t cut it. At home and on my Apple devices it’s perfect for me. I’m thinking thunderbird but if there’s something better I would jump at it. I do use custom domains with iCloud so that is why I need something with good alias handling. A bonus would be if it could also work with the calendar but honestly I rarely look at it anywhere else but my on my iPhone. Thanks Last edited by rscaramelo : 13 Oct 2025 at 03:47 AM. |

If I was on Windows, I would be using Claws Mail.

*Pick a machine on which you have installed Tbird and have configured some email address. Machine is turned on; Windows or whatever o.s. is fully loaded and ready; just open Thunderbird. Your email address are ready and waiting for you. I am not sure I fully understood other details of what you want, so my response may yet be incomplete. *edit: doing an addition to my response. |

I'm testing the Vivaldi browser. No, you didn't hear wrong, it has an integrated mail client that I personally find quite good, much better than the boring Thunderbird. I'd rather choose Betterbird over Thunderbird.
