I try to stay away from words not in English though - living in Scotland I do tend also to include lowland Scots words - not Gaelic. I do see that "iechyd" - which is Welsh - has been added to the OED though.
I tend to look for unusual words in a Scrabble dictionary.
Using the search you mention the first word it lists is "ieverything" but when I clicked on it,
www.thefreedictionary.com said "Word not found in the Dictionary and Encyclopedia" which doesn't give much confidence in its search results.
I also see that some of its "words" eg "IEPFPD" isn't what I'd call a word at all - it's just an initialism standing for "Inter-European Parliamentary Forum on Population and Development".
Worse ... as it's not a pronounceable word - it's misdescribed as an acronym.
