Well, I'm sure many of you have heard this one, and it is a true story.
A customer service representative from Dell computer gets a phone call from a Dell customer. The customer states:
"My coffee holder isn't working."
The Dell Customer service representative was very confused, thinking to himself, "wait a minute, we don't make Coffee Holders!".
As the Dell Customer service representative was talking to the customer, the customer was referring to the button he pushes on his computer and the coffee-holder tray comes out.
After talking to the client for a while, the Dell Customer service representative realized he was talking about the CD-ROM drive!
